De gegevens liggen effectief meer op een rechte. Echter dient er toegevoegd te worden dat in dit geval de rechte zo goed als strict stijgend is ipv krom stijgend zoals uit de vorige opgave. Hier is er dus geen zinvollere transformatie.

Juiste berekening. Men kan inderdaad duidelijk zien dat de transformatie geen zin heeft.
