De kans dat er meer dan 60% jongen geboren worden in het grote ziekenhuis bedraagt 6,3% en in het kleine ziekenhuis 12,6%.
Bij het grote ziekenhuis zijn er 23 dagen waarbij er meer dan 60% jongens op een dag werden geboren, en dat voor een tijdspanne van 1 jaar (365 dgn, voor het kleine ziekenhuis is dat hoger, namelijk 46 dagen.

De kans dat de meeste geboortes van jongens zich voordoen in kleine ziekenhuis is groter dan in het grote ziekenhuis aangezien grootste concentratie van waarschijnlijkheden ligt bij 0.04 (grote ziekenhuis) tegenover 0.15 (kleine ziekenhuis.
