Deze vraag heb ik correct opgelost.

We gaan hier kijken waar de spreiding het kleinst is. Hoe kleiner de spreiding van al deze observaties, hoe nauwkeuriger dit gemiddelde. We nemen de midrange hier als gemiddelde omdat de spreiding hier het kleinst is. De midrange is wel gevoelig voor outliers. Daarom kan je ook naar de mean en median kijken.
