Verkeerd gebruik van gegevens. We kunnen zien dat de type 2 error ongeveer 94% is, dit wil zeggen dat er maar 6% kans is dat de fraude toch ontdekt wordt. Dit maakt het heel aantrekkelijk voor de fabrikant, want hij loopt nauwelijks risico om gepakt te worden.

weer verkeerde input, hier had je moeten komen tot een kans van 94% dat we de fraude niet ontdekken, dwz een pakkans van 6%

De studente bekomt hier een zeer kleine typeII-error waardoor de pakkans bij fraude erg groot is. Als de juiste berekeningen worden gemaakt is de typII-error juist zeer groot waardoor de pakkans voor fraude zeer klein is

De studente gebruikte bij Q3 wel de juiste berekeningsmethode, maar voerde hier ook weer de foute gegevens in. Dit is te wijten aan het feit dat zij percentages niet schrijft als een kommagetal, wat uiteraard verkeerde oplossingen oplevert. Als gevolg hiervan, nam de studente ook de verkeerde besluiten.

Wanneer gekeken wordt naar de juiste oplossing, kunnen volgende conclusies getrokken worden… Om deze vraag op te lossen, werd er gezocht naar de waarde van type II error. Deze geeft immers de kans weer dat de schuldige leverancier niet ontdekt wordt. Gezien Type II error 0.939 zeer hoog is, kunnen we besluiten dat de pakkans zeer miniem is.

De student heeft weer een verkeerde berekening gemaakt, waardoor er ook een foute oplossing is. Bij de goede berekening vind je als type II fout: 93.9% Er is dus een grote kans dat de fraude niet ontdekt wordt en de pakkans is dus zeer klein waardoor leveranciers de neiging gaan hebben om te frauderen. Men kan vaststellen dat er een klein beetje gefoefeld wordt door die kleine pakkans.
