De student heeft deze vraag correct beantwoord.
De star plot grafiek geeft voor elke figuur een auto weer. Elk lijntje (spaak) in zo’n figuur geeft de waarde weer van 1 van de 7 waarden die ingevuld zijn in de “Names of X columns”.
We kunnen de figuren onderling met elkaar vergelijken. Als 2 of meerdere van deze figuren min of meer een zelfde vorm hebben, kunnen we zeggen dat die wagens gelijkaardig zijn en overeenkomen qua kenmerken.
De wagens die we in dezelfde categorie kunnen plaatsen zijn de figuren:
1 & 2 (zoals de student vermeldde in zijn document)
10 & 11
12 & 13
15, 16 & 17
19 & 20 & 26

De star plot techniek is op zich goed in dit geval, maar als er meerdere gegevens aan te pas komen (meerdere spaken), dan wordt het onoverzichtelijk.

Bij het ingeven van de “Names of X columns” heeft de student vergeten een enter te verwijderen, wat resulteert in deze boodschap:

Hier werden de juiste berekeningen gemaakt. Er werd gebruik gemaakt van de starplot. Zo kan men de variabelen visueel vergelijken.
