Rond periode 24 zoiets zie ik dat de gemiddelde rentevoet op lening meer dan 6 jaar op bijna 0% zit ??? Kan je dit verklaren want ik kan moeilijk geloven dat banken leningen gaan geven waarvan het percentage zo laag is (bijna gratis)... Dit is voor hen verlieslatend aangezien banken aan hun klanten al sowieso het rentepercentage op hun spaarrekeningen moeten betalen en dit is meestal al zelf tussen de 2 à 3 %.
