Het verschil is niet significant verschillend van 0 bij het type I error van 5%. We besluiten dat Treatment S de resultaten van de studenten niet verbetert.

Ook bij deze vraag maakte de student(e) een goede computation. Om zijn conclusie te vormen, kijkt de student enkel naar de p-waarde van de t-test. Hij interpreteert die correct. Om zijn besluit nog meer te staven had de student ook moeten kijken naar het verschil tussen de gemiddeldes van beide gegevensreeksen. Hier is dit een positief verschil waardoor we kunnen afleiden dat deze treatment een negatief effect heeft op het korte termijn resultaat
