Je gebruikt hier de verkeerde software-tool. Er stond in de opgave een goede software tool om dit resultaat te bereiken (bij het voorbeeld).
Ik raad je aan om deze dan ook te gebruiken.

Als je dit zou hebben gedaan (je moet hierbij de NA's verwijderen uit de datareeks) dan kom je bij een 2-sided betrouwbaarheidsinterval (95%) van [19,56... , 21,009...]. We zien dat 20 (het getal waar je nabijheid op test volgens de nulhypothese) in het interval ligt en dus kan je met 95% zekerheid stellen dat de nulhypothese aanvaard wordt!
Het gemiddelde van onze steekproef is niet significant verschillend van 0.
