Je conclusie is juist, maar op basis van de verkeerde test.
Ik kan niet opmaken uit je uitleg hoe je hierbij komt.

Als je dezelfde test gebruikt als bij voorgaande vraag (vraag 4). Dan kom je uit op een 95%-betrouwbaarheidsinterval van [20,22... ; 22,09...]. Het is duidelijk dat 20 niet in het interval ligt en dus wordt de nul-hypothese verworpen.
